I called after noon explaining that my dryer wasn’t heating up or drying my clothes. A service call was scheduled and the technician came that day before 3 PM to find out what was wrong with the dryer. He explained to me what was wrong and what appeared to cause it. He quoted me a price for repairs and said he could return the next day between 3PM and 5PM. He arrived slightly early after letting me know he was on his way, hereplaced the bad part. I am very happy with the service he provided from start to finish. If I need appliance service, I will call them without hesitation!

Excellent service . Our Micro wave & built in conventional oven quit working altogether . Probably power surge . The new replacements would have cost me over 3k . I shopped & was ready to buy new ovens . As a last resort I called ALPHA repair thinking parts weren't still available or wasn't fixable . George was my tech . They found and replaced the mother board but it still did not work . George was determined and suggested we replace the front panel and lo and behold it works like new now . I gladly paid $598. vs 3k for a new one . Must say George was the absolute best . He was determined to fix it and came out 2 different days to resolve . John his boss was very professional . The Technician was on his phone the entire time he was in my home. That’s unprofessional. Then I understand your service fee is $80 but when I’ve done most of the work and your “expertise” is finding the rubber gasket that fell off and you’re in and out in 10 minutes I think you can modify your service fee. Maybe your Technicians don’t have that autonomy but it’s something to consider.

I messaged the Alpha and heard back immediately. Vick G came out that same morning right when he said he would. Very kind and knowledgeable young man. I didn’t like the service. My complaint about the dryer is that it takes between 80 minutes and 1 hour to dry any amount of clothes, meaning the heat is not working properly. Also, the technician should have contacted me directly to provide a detailed report of what he saw — instead, I had to reach out and ask, otherwise I wouldn’t have found out anything. I don’t recommend them.

This company answered on the first contact and repaired my washing machine within just a few days. My machine wasn’t draining, so they had to first come diagnose the problem, order a part, and then repair it. All within what I consider to be a reasonable price. :) I also have a busy schedule so they were willing to do everything while I wasn’t even home. Vic was my technician. Thank you guys!!!

Vic from Alpha Appliance was great. He took the time to really show us what was wrong with our washing machine instead of just telling us and hoping we took his word for it. We appreciate the honesty on the estimated cost of repair. It’s not often that a repair company doesn’t make you feel gouged after they leave, but my husband and I felt we were treated fair and honest.

He was very prompt and after troubleshooting, he gave us reason for problem and several honest options to resolve problem without pressure to repair refrigerator. We appreciated that greatly. Vick just repaired our washing machine and we couldn't be happier with the service. We were able to get an appointment for the next day (Friday) and Vick diagnosed the problem quickly. There was great communication and they were able to get the parts over the weekend and he was back on Monday to complete the repair. He was very professional and worked quickly and efficiently. We would definitely recommend them and will be using them for any future appliance repairs.

Vick came out to repair the dryer because it would not heat. I was so sure after checking several things as per U Tube that I concluded it was the dryer heating element. That would be an expensive fix! To my surprise after my dryer was completely dismantled, he pointed to the sensor which was located on top of the heating element housing. He installed the new sensor and put my dryer back together and its as good as new! I was glad it did not take long to fix it and now my household is back to normal. Thank you Vick for fixing my dryer so fast and yes, the next appliance that acts up, i will call Alpha Appliance Service! The professionalism was so much appreciated as well as the speed in which my dryer problem was diagnosed and new part installed!

Vick called this morning and asked if I was available now that he could actually come a little early. He figured out what was wrong very quickly and gave a quote for repair. The ONLY reason I didnt have Vick with Alpha do the repairs is because the washer unit is old and it wouldn't be financially worth it. Thank you Vick.
